Payment in Full

FULL payment online is required at time of booking via credit card, debit card or PayPal.


Payment by Instalments 

Please select the Pay In 4 option at checkout to pay via instalments. These instalments are subject to PayPal's 'Pay in 4' terms and conditions.



If a session is cancelled by Earthside Explorers

If a session is cancelled by us, due to extreme weather or any other unforeseen circumstances (including staff illness), we will do our best to reschedule the session to a similar time slot (ie - the same day and time during school holidays). In the event we are unable to reschedule, or you are unable to attend the rescheduled session, we will offer you a credit or full refund for the session.


If a session is cancelled after it has already started due to weather or safety concerns, we are unfortunately unable to give a refund or credit of the session fees.


If a program is cancelled due to minimum numbers not being met, you will be issued with a full refund.

If you can’t attend a session

All our staffing and program expenses are budgeted according to expected numbers; therefore, we are not able to offer refunds if a participant is absent due to illness, holiday or for any other reason.


If you can’t attend a session due to Government Regulations

In the event that our programs need to close due to government regulations or lockdowns, a FULL refund will be provided to families for any money paid for the affected sessions.

If you want to cancel (full term)

If you choose to cancel your booking in a program, or choose to leave a Term-based program before the completion of the term, no refunds or credits will be given. Bookings are transferrable (admin fee applies) in certain circumstances. A program credit may be offered for term-based programs only if the position is able to be filled for all remaining sessions.




The above cancellations and refunds terms also apply for our Holiday Nature Club sessions. We are, however, able to offer several options for these sessions if you are unable to attend.

These options are:

  • A FULL REFUND - If we receive a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, we will do our best to refill the position and, if successful, will offer you a full refund.

  • TRANSFER OF BOOKING TO SOMEONE ELSE- If you would like to offer the position to someone else - a friend or family member - then we are able to transfer the booking upon submission of a personal details form for the new participant. This must be received at least 24 hours prior to the start of the session and an Admin Fee applies.

  • TRANSFER OF BOOKING TO ANOTHER SESSION - Available only if positions are available in future sessions in the SAME school holiday period. Admin Fees apply.
