What to expect

Our School Holiday Nature Club is an exiting drop-off program for children aged 5 to 12 years. Designed to spark curiosity, our programs encourage children to explore, take healthy risks, and develop a deep connection with nature, as our mentors guide them in learning through hands-on experiences, following their interests while fostering confidence and resilience. Each day unfolds based on the group's energy and curiosity, with activities such as: • Yarning Circles and Eco Storytelling • Woodwork, whittling, and tool use • Swings, pulleys, flying foxes, and slacklines • Knot tying, and shelter building and bushcraft skills • Fire exploration • Bushcraft skills • Flora and fauna identification • Earth-based arts and crafts While we offer thoughtfully planned sessions, we remain flexible, allowing children’s interests to guide the experience. MEET OUR TEAM: The program is led by Suzi, an Early Childhood Teacher and Certified Forest School Leader with over a decade of experience in outdoor learning and deep nature connection. Suzi is supported by a team of mentors with experience in a diverse range of relevant fields including Education, Nature Connection, Art Therapy, Somatic Practices, and Counselling.
