Holiday Nature Club

Our School Holiday Nature Club workshops are drop-off programs for children aged 5 to 12 years.

Holiday Nature Club provides opportunities for deep nature-play, ecological and environmental stewardship, and creative arts.

​

Activities might include:

• Yarning Circles

• Eco Storytelling

• Introduction to tools, woodwork and whittling

• Swings, pulleys, flying foxes and slack-lines

• Building huts and shelters

• Making bush toys

• Cooking on a campfire

• Eco-dying fabric

• Flora and Fauna identification

• Clay work

• Mandalas and bush jewellery

• Exploring technology in nature to record images and sounds as advocacy for the earth

While the basis of the program is planned prior to the sessions, our Nature Connection Mentors are guided by the interests and motivations of the children. Every day will look different.

Our Holiday Programs are completely outdoor all-weather programs that build resilience, create memories and connect friendships.
