About the event

Let's take advantage of the gift from Joh and her family at the end of year, and meet at Bunya Wholefoods in Vincentia for coffee and cake while we reflect on Term 1 and discuss our ideas for Term 2.

Please feel into what has worked well for you, the children, and the container of the programs this term...What brilliances and growth needs to be celebrated? What challenges have you been presented with? What learning opportunities have you encountered? Are there any adjustments could we consider moving forward?

Taking all these reflections on board, and using the ideas we have alreadey brainstormed around the elements of Air and Fire... it is time now to bring it all into alignment with the seasonal shifts that will occur during Term 2... add our own unique gifts and offerings, and create a framework of direction as we move into the new term.

We will also have an opportunity to discuss our Holiday Nature Club program sessions.

Please plan to arrive at 9am to settle in and fully arrive prior to beginning at 9.30am.

We have some store credit available at Bunya to get coffee and cake/snacks. Please bring a water bottle, notepad and pen, and sun protection.

Bunya has outdoor seating only, and while the weather at this time of year is usually beautiful for being outside, if there is rain or strong wind, we will change the venue and meet at my place again.

This event has a group. You’re welcome to join the group once you register for the event.

We acknowledge the Dharawal, Jerrinja, Wandi Wandian, Budawang and Murramarang people of Yuin Country, the original custodians of the lands on which we live, learn and play. We acknowledge the ancestors, the current elders and the elders of the future. We express our deep gratitude for your ancient and ongoing kinship with this land, your stories and your wisdom.

We extend this acknowledgement to all indigenous peoples of this continent, the world and our own ancestral lineages. Each have valuable wisdom and teachings that guide us back to Mother Earth, to remembering our connection and kinship with all beings, human and non-human.
